As a customer-focused division, our teams keep us at the forefront of the market and support our customers changing needs now and in the future. It’s quite a responsibility, given that we’re one of Britain’s biggest banks and the largest provider of digital financial products in the UK.

We’re responsible for designing innovative products and services that meet the diverse needs of millions, and supporting the Group’s vision to be the best bank for customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Whether it’s staying ahead of evolving technologies, or keeping pace and introducing them to our portfolio – you’ll manage large scale projects, build strong stakeholder relationships and develop innovative products for one of the leading providers of credit cards, loans and motor finance in the UK.

The Retail Customer Products Graduate Leadership Programme offers a range of placements for our graduates. You’ll complete three eight-month placements in customer and product focused areas, building your understanding of how our customers behave and how we meet their needs.

We’ll provide a structured programme aimed at teaching you both about our products and our customers. On a day-to-day basis you’ll be supporting the development of innovative products and services for customers. You could be:

  • leading on projects connected to the integration of our new MBNA business into the Group
  • developing powerful insights about our customers
  • Experiencing a unique opportunity to work in end-to-end motor businesses
  • supporting the marketing strategy for brands like Halifax, Bank of Scotland and across Lloyds Banking Group
  • driving digital engagement and performance across the Group, and
  • actively playing a part in Lloyds Banking Group’s journey to become a bank of the future.

And you’ll have opportunities to lead on initiatives that give back to communities across the UK.

We’ll support you as you study for a fully funded professional qualification, which we’ll decide on with you when you join us. You’ll also benefit from the career development opportunities an organisation of our size and scale can offer.

By the end of the programme, you’ll be part of a strong network of industry leaders and a close-knit community of high-achieving graduates. LOCATIONS

Our Graduate Leadership Programmes are rotational, and therefore you will have the opportunity to build a broad network and knowledge-base, as you move teams and locations for each placement along with other Graduates. Our Retail Customer Products roles are based across London, Leeds, Manchester, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Bristol.
