Join us and over two years, you’ll learn a lot about our business – and yourself – through a series of rotational placements across multiple UK cities.

Each placement will give you a deeper understanding of our organisation and help you explore and define your interests and strengths. You’ll discover how the Risk function interacts with and impacts the rest of our organisation, and how we drive improvements across our business.

You’ll learn about compliance and conduct issues to meet our highly regulated industry requirements. You could join teams that identify and resolving issues of financial crime, or work with our teams in credit sanctioning, who help our business support customers with their borrowing choices. Or you may learn about risk analysis on strategies and products, helping the business make the right decisions for customers. You could even work with our traders in monitoring and challenging risk positions and strategies. And you’ll develop project management skills to deliver the digitalised bank of the future. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to lead volunteering initiatives that give back to communities.

By the end of the programme you’ll have a clear understanding of our critical contribution to transforming an industry, and how we’ll support you to make a positive impact, in your own way.
